The truck pictured is a BJ Services cement truck. It is
carrying dry cement to be used to cement in well casing.
The driver reported that a car with a lady and a child got between his truck and the lead escort vehicle. He had to get over as much as possible to avoid hitting the car. That is when the rear end slid off of the road.
