3 Accidents with the Same Trailer

These 3 accidents occurred on December 10, 24 and 28. The first 2 were caused by slides on cinders. The 3rd was caused by ice.

Second accident. Switch back near Hohman Ridge. Slid on cinders. Again the truck crossed over center line and almost hit oncoming vehicle.
