Information concerning this picture:
- Road had ice under snow in spots.
- Here you can see where the trailer slid down the hill.
- Silver Hill VFD responded to control traffic.
- Truck driver CB traffic talked about the bad road conditions all day.
- The truck was in violation of State Regulations prohibiting running an
oversize load during hazardous weather conditions. CB traffic confirmed that
they knew the road conditions were bad.
