Backed Up Traffic

This photo is facing East on 89  between Middle Fork and Hollman Ridge. The white arrow points to more backed up vehicles. This traffic jam was 0.8 miles long. This jam lasted an hour plus. A couple with a young child was stuck in this traffic jam. They were on their way to the hospital to be with their daughter who was in labor.
